Dušan Jablan is an Associate at Gecić Law, specialized in EU Law, Competition Law, and State Aid.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international business law. Before joining Gecić Law, he gained experience at a well-known law firm in Belgrade.
He was part of a team representing the Faculty of Law at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition in 2021/2022, which was the first runner-up for the best memorandum for the claimant.
Dušan has participated in several legal clinics, study groups, and conferences on various topics, including International Public Law, Contract and Tort Law, Tax Law, and Refugee Law.
He has been the recipient of the Best Students Award issued by the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, for each year of his undergraduate studies. He is also a recipient of the City of Belgrade Scholarship for students with the highest average grade at the University of Belgrade, as well as the “Dositeja” scholarship awarded by the Foundation for Young Talents of the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
Dušan is fluent in English and Serbian (Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian) and has an intermediate knowledge of French.
