Bojan Tutić is an associate at Gecić Law, specializing in Corporate/M&A, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Intellectual Property.
Bojan took part in numerous legal clinics, study groups, and conferences in various areas of law, including Commercial, Civil, Tax, and Contractual Law, as well as Law and Economics, and Intellectual Property.
Prior to joining Gecić Law, Bojan completed internships at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia in the Sector for European Integration and International Projects, as well as in one of the leading law firms in the region, where he gained knowledge and experience in investment arbitration (ICSID), commercial disputes, labor disputes, enforcement and security, and white-collar crime.
He has received numerous awards for his outstanding achievements, including the Best Students Award issued by the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, which he received in each year of studying. He is also a four-time recipient of the Scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development.
Bojan is fluent in English, Serbian, and related languages (Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian). He has an intermediate level of proficiency in German and a basic level of proficiency in Russian language. Bojan also has a basic level of proficiency in Serbian sign language.
