Vasilije Bošković is an associate at Gecić Law, specializing in EU Law, Competition Law, State Aid, and ESG.

He earned his LL.B. and LL.M. in Contract Law from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law.

During his studies, Vasilije completed specialist courses in international law (University of Pittsburgh) and European private law (University of Salzburg).  He was the best student in the Council of Europe’s course on combating human trafficking.

Vasilije excelled in the National Moot Court Competition in Anti-Discrimination Law.  The Commissioner for the Protection of Equality organized this competition.  Vasilije’s two-member team won First Place, and he also received the Best Speaker Award as the top orator.

He has actively participated in numerous legal clinics, study groups, and conferences on various topics.  This included International Law, Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Tax Law, Refugee Law, and Law and the Economics and Sociology of Law.

Vasilije Bošković has also been widely recognized for his academic excellence.  He was a Laureate of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, for his success at the national moot court, and received the Best Student Award for each year of study.  Vasilije is also a two-time recipient of the City of Belgrade Scholarship for the highest GPA at the University of Belgrade.  He received the prestigious “Dositeja” Scholarship from the Foundation for Young Talents of the Ministry of Youth and Sport.

He is fluent in English and Serbian (including Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian), and has intermediate proficiency in French.
