Miloš Petaković is a Counsel at Gecić Law in Belgrade. He leads the Real Estate practice and is a senior member of the Banking and Finance team. Miloš drives strategic initiatives and provides expert guidance on high-profile matters in these fields.
His practice also extends to various other fields, including corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
Before joining Gecić Law, Miloš worked at another regional law firm, where he led the team in managing bank-secured portfolios bought by banks and investors, advising clients in transactions and workouts.
In 2024, Miloš received the Lexology Client Choice Award and was recognized as a Recommended Lawyer in Real Estate by Who’s Who Legal.
Miloš graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, in 2013. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
Miloš is fluent in English and Serbian.
