Marko Jović is an associate at Gecić Law, specializing in Corporate/M&A, Labor, and Dispute Resolution.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, where he is now working towards his master’s degree in labor and social law.
During his studies, Marko participated in numerous legal clinics, workshops, and conferences in various areas of law and completed a specialist course in international law (University of Pittsburgh). He was part of the University of Belgrade team in the International Competition in Sports Arbitration, qualifying among the top five teams worldwide for the final rounds of the competition.
Before joining Gecić Law, Marko completed his internship at a reputable regional law firm, where he gained knowledge and experience in commercial and labor disputes, white-collar crime, and contract law.
Marko received numerous awards for his achievements, including the University of Belgrade award for the best student thesis in the school year 2022/2023. He has also received scholarships from the Faculty of Law and one of the University of Belgrade’s endowments.
Marko is fluent in English, Serbian, and related languages (Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian) and has an intermediate level of French.
