Ivana Milanović Jevremović is Operations Manager at Gecic Law.
Ivana is responsible for driving performance improvement and resource management. She provides support to senior management across multiple departments including Finance and Administration, Business Development, and Human Resources. She oversees organizational processes and optimizes daily operations to ensure efficiency. Ivana is committed to enhancing client relationships and implementing improvements, in terms of meeting the firm’s strategic goals and cost-effectiveness.
Her diverse responsibilities also include a wide range of tasks such as participating in recruitment processes, facilitating employee training, fostering team development, and monitoring information flow.
Prior to joining our team, Ivana held leading roles in large international companies where she was responsible for sales, marketing, business development, and CRM strategies. With her expertise, she helped market penetration, positioning, and growth of numerous renowned international brands, including luxury products and services that remain industry leaders. Over the past 14 years, Ivana has gained operational skills and valuable knowledge in luxury hospitality and legal services within commercial law firms, further enhancing her experience in the services market.
Ivana is fluent in English and also speaks French, Italian, and Russian.
