Our team, led by Senior Associate Danica Misojčić, contributed to the latest TerraLex Cross-Border Trademark Guide for the jurisdictions of Serbia and Montenegro, which is now live on the Terralex website. Earlier this year, our Competition team contributed to the Anticorruption Legislation and Data Protection guides. Gecić Law has supported the initiative for many years now, its experts previously contributing to guides in M&A, Mining Rights, Labor and Employment and Crisis Management.
For years, TerraLex Cross-Border Guides have been the prime source of high-level information across a number of jurisdictions globally, and a valuable resource to general counsels, chief legal officers, as well as human resources and talent executives.
