Ivan Delibašić is a seasoned public affairs and advocacy professional with over 15 years of experience in European Union policymaking. He currently serves as the Director of Advocacy at Hydrogen Europe, leading the organization’s lobbying and public affairs efforts across key EU legislative files related to clean energy and hydrogen technologies.
Prior to this role, Ivan was an Associate Partner at NOVE, a prominent EU consultancy firm, where he managed complex political intelligence projects and devised advocacy campaigns for clients in sectors such as energy, environment, technology, and sustainability. His career also includes serving as an EU Public Affairs Consultant at Gecić Law, advising clients on legislative developments and trade policies affecting the Western Balkans.
Ivan began his career as the Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, developing EU accession strategies and representing Serbia in high-level negotiations. He is fluent in English and Serbian (Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).
