Senior Associate Miodrag Jevtić delivered a training session on cross-border insolvency on Monday, December 20. The event was organized by The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency of the Republic of Serbia, within a project supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (“SECO“). Miodrag gave an overview of the legal framework for cross-border insolvency and the best practices in the field, analyzing the UNITRAL Model Law of Cross-Border Insolvency.
Dr Marko Radović, a judge of the Commercial Court of Belgrade also spoke at the webinar.
The event was held as part of efforts to promote best practices in the field and to support the professional development of bankruptcy administrators and insolvency judges in Serbia.
