As last year’s Law firm of the year: Eastern Europe and the Balkans laureate, Gecić Law is now part of the playoffs for the 2021 Law firm of the year: South Eastern Europe Award, which now covers a market of more than 150 million people. Our firm, positioned among the crème de la crème of law firms in Europe by the leading global legal publication, was the only independent law firm from the former Yugoslavia to be selected among a truly distinguished group competing for the title.

The competition was particularly fierce this year, with a record-breaking number of submissions from in-house counsel and law firms making the shortlist. Furthermore, our category grew in 2021 with the addition of Turkey, a market serving 85 million people.
The awards ceremony is traditionally a gathering of the most distinguished leaders in the European legal world, and this year, due to the pandemic, the ceremony will be held virtually on Wednesday 1 December 2021 at 2pm GMT.
